Placing an order

You can shop and place orders in English. Select your products and quantities, review your bag, and proceed to checkout. Check your contact details, delivery address and order before completing payment. You can correct your details before submitting your order. If you notice an error afterwards, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

The checkout shows the available payment methods and the amount payable before you submit your order. Completing the payment step places an order with an obligation to pay. You can save or print these terms for your records.

Prices and offers

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Your selected products, quantities and applicable discounts are shown before payment. Any conditions attached to an offer will be displayed with that offer. Price changes do not alter an order already agreed with you.

Taxes and imports

Any VAT that we are legally required to collect is included in the price payable to us. Where an order is legally subject to import VAT, customs duty or a carrier's customs-clearance fee that is not collected at checkout, you may be required to pay that charge before delivery. Any applicable additional charges, or the basis on which they are calculated where they cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, will be explained before you place your order.

For non-excise goods sent from outside the UK directly to consumers in Great Britain in consignments valued at £135 or less, VAT is normally collected by the seller at the point of sale. Different rules can apply to Northern Ireland and to consignments above £135. These terms do not transfer to you any tax obligation that the law places on us, and do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Product information

Please read the product information and follow the instructions on the packaging. Screen settings can affect the appearance of colours in photographs. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.

Delivery

Your order is dispatched from China. We offer free tracked delivery to the United Kingdom within 2–5 working days. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. See our Shipping policy for details. Contact us if your delivery is delayed, missing or damaged.

Cancellations and returns

For eligible online purchases, tell us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. Email info@leafcosmetics.uk for the return address and instructions. You pay the direct cost of returning an item when you change your mind.

The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods that were supplied sealed and are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Problems and statutory rights

If your order is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and details of the problem. We will arrange the appropriate remedy under your statutory rights, including the applicable return costs. These rights also apply to sale items. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
